Trauma & Anxiety Support

Third Eye Counseling provides a safe, supportive environment for individuals seeking relief from trauma and anxiety. I help trauma survivors move out of anxiety, overwhelm, and survival mode so they can feel grounded, connected, and in control of their lives. Sessions focus on reducing emotional overwhelm, identifying patterns, and fostering a sense of safety and self-trust.

Evidence-Based & Experiential Approaches

Our approach integrates:

  • Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) – for processing and resolving traumatic experiences

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to reframe unhelpful thoughts and behaviors

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – for living in alignment with your values

  • Mindfulness Practices – to calm the nervous system and enhance awareness

  • Expressive Arts Techniques – for safe, creative emotional expression

A Collaborative, Client-Centered Process

Sessions are paced to meet each client’s unique needs. Therapy is a partnership, empowering individuals to explore their experiences, build coping skills, and reclaim resilience. The goal is not just symptom relief but a meaningful sense of clarity, confidence, and connection with oneself.

Moving Forward

Healing is a journey, and at Third Eye Counseling, clients are supported every step of the way. We focus on restoring safety, reducing anxiety, and helping individuals move beyond survival to live with authenticity and purpose.

Clinical Supervision & Professional Consultation

In addition to individual therapy services, Nichole offers clinical supervision and consultation for other mental health professionals seeking a reflective, growth-oriented space.

Her approach to supervision mirrors the same trauma-informed and relational philosophy that guides her clinical work — grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and mutual respect. Supervision becomes more than skill development; it’s a collaborative process that nurtures both personal and professional growth.

Nichole provides:

  • Supervision for LCSW candidates working toward licensure

  • Consultation for licensed clinicians seeking case support, perspective, or reflective practice

  • A focus on trauma-informed care, ethical decision-making, and maintaining presence and balance in clinical work

Supervision and consultation are offered virtually for convenience and accessibility.
