Returning to Yourself
A trauma-informed workshop for reconnecting with yourself after living in survival mode.
Healing isn't just about understanding what happened to you. It's also about reconnecting with who you are.
Returning to Yourself is a trauma-informed psychoeducational workshop designed for women who are ready to better understand the lasting impact of trauma, chronic stress, and self-abandonment. Through education, guided reflection, and practical tools, you'll begin exploring what it means to reconnect with yourself with greater self-awareness, compassion, and intention.
Whether you're early in your healing journey or looking to deepen the work you've already begun, this workshop offers a supportive space to learn, reflect, and grow.
Returning to Yourself is offered on a monthly basis, providing regular opportunities to participate throughout the year.
Is This Workshop for You?
This workshop may be a good fit if you:

Struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, or chronic stress.
Find yourself overthinking, over-functioning, or carrying responsibility for others.
Have difficulty setting healthy boundaries without guilt.
Feel disconnected from yourself or unsure of who you are outside of caring for others.
Are ready to begin reconnecting with your own needs, values, and sense of self.

Throughout this workshop, you'll gain a deeper understanding of:
How trauma and chronic stress affect the nervous system.
Why survival strategies that once protected you may no longer serve you.
The role of boundaries in healing and healthy relationships.
Practical grounding and emotional regulation techniques.
Ways to reconnect with your values, needs, and authentic self.
Small, meaningful steps toward creating lasting change.
What to Expect
Returning to Yourself is a psychoeducational workshop designed to provide practical learning and personal reflection. It is not group therapy.
Participants are never required to share personal experiences. Instead, you'll be invited to explore concepts through guided reflection, practical exercises, and discussion in a safe, supportive environment.
My goal is to create a space where learning feels approachable, empowering, and grounded in compassion. Workshops are intentionally kept small to encourage meaningful learning and personal reflection.
